How can we work together?
Fractional Product Leadership
2-3 full days a week
3-month minimum contract
As a CEO, you know you need top-notch product leadership but you have a limited budget and can’t afford a full-time Chief Product Officer.
We offer part-time support, providing executive-level guidance to build a sustainable product strategy aligned with your company goals. We’ll also ensure your product and engineering teams are executing smoothly. When the time is right, we’ll help you hire and onboard a full-time successor.
Project-specific Product boost
5 days a week
3-month minimum contract
We’ll work together with CEOs or other executives (such as the Chief Product Officer, CTO, or CMO) to scope a key objective that requires focused, product support from discovery to delivery, with clear, actionable milestones. These shorter-term projects involve full ownership—from strategy through execution.
